Medulla Solutions is a well established healthcare outsourcing solutions firm based in Madurai, TamilNadu, India with more than 250 professionals. With an ambitious growth plan, We at Medulla, focus on providing quality services at low cost and consistently deliver results in the most optimal time.

We offer Information Technology (IT) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Solutions, exclusively to Healthcare Providers and Payers. We help our clients succeed by leveraging on our domain expertise and our innovative and cost effective approach to on-shore / off-shore outsourcing. Medulla has aggressive growth plans for 2006 and aims at expanding their client base and thereby growing as a team.

Management

The management team has 5+ years of corporate experience in the healthcare sector and they have executed big healthcare projects in the recent past. They are industry veterans who focus on process improvements for clients and who are at the forefront of leading technology and government regulations. They have traveled extensively to client places to learn their setup and draft the proposal of how the project can be sent offshore, how many people would need to be involved,how many days to start outsourcing, how to phase out each process in outsourcing. With that said, Clients can be rest assured that their projects are in the safe hands and are executed in the most optimal and professional way with a quick TAT.

The Team

Our team is our strength. We have a highly committed and experienced team who can take up big projects and deliver quality work on time with ease. We are now a team of 250+ strong. All our team members are well trained and equipped with the domain knowledge. We form groups among the team and have Team Leads and floor supervisors managing and monitoring the team's work. Apart from this we have a dedicated Quality Control team who review the work regularly and ensure our quality standards are met. We also work in shifts to meet deadlines.

Infrastructure

Launched on January 25, 2006, Medulla has setup a world class delivery center and the most friendly work atmosphere for its employees. We comply to the Six Sigma and BS7799 standards.

This gives the assurance to our clients that their data is secure and its privacy is well maintained. The center is physically guarded round the clock and employee Access system is in place to allow only authorized persons inside the floor. We have UPS with 2 hour battery backup and also backup generators to face power failure issues. 1 MBPS Leased line connectivity with a redundant backup connection is setup to make sure we deliver on time.

All workstations and servers are branded and are having the most recent configuration to ensure efficiency and productivity. Servers are secured by a swipe card access system.
